NOTE: The boardroom, dining hall and classrooms are outfitted with tables and chairs (round or rectangular tables available); however, table linens, décor, audio-visual equipment and all other supplies and equipment needed for your event can be arranged through our office on a cost+20% (admin) basis. Renters are welcome to make their own arrangements for rental of supplies and equipment, but must work with SJI staff to ensure delivery/pickup times can be accommodated. Excessive cleaning required after a booking will be charged back to the renter at the rate of $50/hr. Offices are furnished with desks, chairs and high speed internet connections; all other equipment required is the responsibility of the tenant. Rental rates include all utilities and weekly cleaning by SJI maintenance personnel.
