St. John's Institute has administered a foundation dedicated to helping students both in school and out, reach their goals. Annually, the Foundation provides funding and support for students in many diverse fields of learning.
Foundation Mandate
- To receive gifts, to preserve your gifts in perpetuity
- To ensure that the principle amounts of your donation are invested wisely
- To dispense the interest of the invested amounts to the Institute to be used for scholarships, programs and operations.

- ... Is governed by a board of seven trustees, one of whom is Bishop of the Western Diocese and another must be a past president of St. John's Institute Board.
- ... Elects trustees annually at the SJI Anat St. John's Institute Annual Meeting.

- Yes, people should specify "St. John's Ukrainian Institute Foundation" as the entity to receive their gifts.

- No, you must make gifts to the Foundation unconditionally.
What recognition do I get for supporting the Foundation?
- When any person or family has donated more than $1000 to the foundation or Institute, their name will be inscribed on the bronze Honor Plaque at the Institute.
