Short Term Booking Form

In order to secure a room at St. John’s Institute, we will require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit, paid by either Visa or Master Card. This is a secured (SSL)  form and it is safe to submit your credit card information. If you are concerned about security, feel free to leave the credit card details blank and phone us with your information.

Please note that a deposit will not be taken until we have confirmed that you have a room booked. Submission of this form does not guarantee that the room is booked, just requested. We will email you a confirmation of your booking once we have found you a room.

*All guests are required to notify the office if they will have guests staying with them during the stay, due to insurance policies.

I require the above dates booked at St. John’s Institute and authorize you to take a deposit of $150.00 from my provided credit card number. I acknowledge that this deposit is non-refundable if I cancel the booking. Upon arrival at St. John’s Institute, I will be required to pay the balance of the stay. I am also aware that the deposit will be refunded on my credit card once I leave, unless there are damages done to the residence that I have caused. This deposit will then be used for repairs unless the charges are greater, at which point further payment may be required to cover costs.
