Apply For Residency

We provide a “dorm-style” accommodation which includes a bed, desk, closet, high speed internet (not including cables) and shared bathroom facilities with showers. Some rooms come with sinks. We serve three meals a day on weekdays and two meals a day on weekends. The residency comes equipped with laundry facilities, weight room, and common lounge and study areas. In order to secure a place at St. John’s Institute we will require a $600.00 non-refundable deposit, paid by either Visa or Mastercard.

The following is a price breakdown, which is subject to change:

Room & Board: 4 Months: $3440.00 ($860.00/month)
Room & Board: 8 Months: $6606.00 ($825.75/month)
Parking: $40.00/Month

In order to secure a place at St. John’s Institute we will require a $600.00 non-refundable deposit, paid by either Visa or Master Card. The following is a breakdown of the deposit:

$ 40.00 – Non-refundable Student’s Union Fee
$100.00 – Non-refundable Administration Fee
$460.00 – Refundable Damage Deposit (pending condition of room)

Please complete the preliminary online application form below. You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your application within 2 business days. We also require proof of enrolment into the post secondary institute you are attending plus 3 reference letters from people, other than relatives. This may include employer, coworker, priest, volunteer coordinator, etc. Once we’ve received this information, we will then take the deposit and you will be placed on our waiting list. Once a room comes available, you will be notified via email that you have been accepted. If a room does not come available, your damage deposit will be refunded in full.

Selection is made, first come, first served, but only once all information has been sent in. If you have not received a “Letter of Acceptance” to the university or college, we will take a copy of your “Conditional Acceptance”.
