Room requests awarded on a first come first served basis, with priority given to returning residents.  

The above rates include:

• all meals

• utilities

• students' common phone (private phone lines are also available for an additional charge)

• a fully equipped weight room

• the perfect courtyard / garden

• cable television in the entertainment room

• high Speed internet access in every room

Plus, students are welcome to participate in any program sponsored by St. John’s completely free of charge.

Student parking: $40.00 per month
Meals for visiting guests: (Non Students) $12.00 for any meal, (Students - with valid ID) $10 for any meal

Deposit
A $600.00 deposit is required to reserve a room. $40.00 of which is a non-refundable Student’s Union fee and $100.00 is a non-refundable administration fee. The remaining $460.00 is a refundable damage deposit.
